In 2019, the France-Merrick Foundation awarded the Digital Harbor Foundation a capital grant to create a Tech Lending Library focused on supporting Baltimore educators interested in expanding technology instruction capacity in more classrooms, recreation centers, and other public learning environments.
In response to COVID-19, DHF has re-purposed this infrastructure to now directly support individuals and families! In partnership with the Baltimore Robotics Center and Rowdy Orbit called DigiBmore, the Digital Harbor Foundation Tech lending Library will support the distribution of laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, tablets, and digital equipment needs to community members in Baltimore City!
